@Ionising_Radiation what do you mean by saying we should do a clean install of windows when we get the computer? Would I need to buy another license of Windows?

Also my 7760 is scheduled to arrive tomorrow night. I will put in 2666mhz ram from my xps and do some benchmarks. CPU scores will probably be a little low from the slow ram, but after testing is done to see what ram works with the computers, I will buy faster ram and redo the tests.

Some people recommend doing a fresh install just to clear out any pre-installed bloat. I personally recommend this if you are comfortable installing the drivers and stuff by yourself. (Dell's business images are pretty clean though so not that big a deal if you don't feel comfortable with it. Visit "Apps and Features" in Settings and remove any preinstalled Dell software you don't need.)

You don't need another Windows license. Windows should automatically activate with the key burned into the BIOS as long as you reinstall the same edition that the system shipped with. If you like, you can extract this key before you reinstall using ProduKey. You can build Windows 10 install media here.

So I would be able to reinstall Windows to another drive? And by downloading the drivers, I will get the useful Dell apps like Dell Power Manager?

Same drive or different drive would not matter. For drivers, visit dell.com/support and look up the page for the 7560. You can download drivers and apps individually, including DPM.

What about the video drives? on the 7710 and other dell machines I have been using the Nvidia drives and not the one posted on Dell site.

They should come pre-installed with Dell drivers so it's fine if you use the Dell driver once and then update to Nvidia drivers afterwards. I use GeForce experience for my drivers.

Are there issues using the GeFroce drivers with the RTX?

I've always used GeForce drivers with my Precision laptop without any issue, downloaded straight from nVidia's site. In fact, if you install Windows from a clean ISO image, that is the one thing you pretty much have to do to get the laptop fully going. Dell's "vetted" and official nVidia drivers are usually just the version from several months ago, if not a year ago.

I don't know about RTX, but the drivers on my GTX 1650 seem to be fine (I have used drivers from geforce experience for the past 1.5 years)
The drivers in GeForce experience should be the same as the drivers on Nvidia's website. I don't know if the Nvidia drivers are better than the Dell ones.
