    I ordered an M6400 last night. I was on hold twice today with Outlet Online Customer Service today, each time for 45 minutes (before hanging up), to ask them to honor this coupon, since the laptop was ordered just 24 hours ago. Since I can't get anyone to talk to me, I'm not sure what to do. Dell seems to very eager to help anyone wanting to buy something from the Outlet...but if you need to talk to CS, not so much. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks.

    QX9300, 4GB, 320GB, FX700, WUXGA (sadly only 2CCFL, wish RGB-LED was available), DVDRW, backlit KB, Intel 5300, and bluetooth.

    Now to see how much it overheats :p Might be time for some heatsink paste replacement.
