    in my case, ~60 idle (no fan at all) and ~94 prime95

    What are the maximum sustained clocks in your case in prime95?

    Same here. Sometimes, after longer prime sessions, it drops to 3.1 though.

    Not very surprised (but check paste). In my case the 2520M was just as hot as the XM in idle (60ish).
