    Hi

After having some trouble with BSODs (CI.DLL) under Vista 64 with Dells IDT Driver A05, i try to install the A06 Version from the Latitude E6400 Drivers Page, in the Version.txt and in the compatibility list there is no M6400 (only M2400 and M4400) but i think i could not get worser.
So now i installed it with no problems, except an extreme long shutdown time (while rebooting after driver installation), about 4 minutes.
Now i have a SRS Premium Mixer accessable over the IDT Controls in the ControlPanel :D . For me it looks (or hears) that the sound is also better now :) .
DPC Latency checker is around 600µs  .
So i have to look if the BSOD Problem come back, can't find any deterministic in that appearance so long, so i'am not shure if this driver was the solution for that problem.

EDIT: BSOD with CI.DLL (Vista 64Bit integrity check) has nothing to do with the IDT Drivers, still randomly it comes up.

    regards Christopher

Just installed these on my M6400. Audio definitely sounds better. Also seems louder then it was through before, had to turn the volume down quite a bit.

I don't understand why this driver isn't on the M6400 Download Page. Seems to be compatible with the M6400.

Interesting: On my E6400 I have to access the SRS through its own control panel. It is not integrated into the IDT control.

Yes, the SRS compatibility is listed as:

I was getting some distortion so I had to turn SRS off while using my headphones.
