Just rechecked Premier, and the E7470 with i7-6650U (Iris Pro 540 iGPU, 48EU + 64mb of eDRAM) is now available on Premier, so it should be orderable by the general public soon enough. No i5-6260U option, and no Iris Pro 580-equipped quad cores that I can see.
