    Well... Last night I came up with an idea...
    I've connected my SGS3 with USB and used it as a WiFi transmitter and it worked, no more crashes ... So there really is something wrong with WiFi transmitter in the laptop. Gonna change it soon and let's see if it helps and if it's not a problem of PCI-E slot :)

    that core temp is way too high for an E6320. Been using mine for more than two years and its just hovering in the low to mid 50s

    I wud check the fan if I were you.
