    Hello Community,

    I own Dell Latitude E6320 what is a nice laptop but there's one problem :/

    When I am connected to WiFi network my laptop sometimes just crash without any warning. It goes black... like it lost the power, even when it's conntected to the charger.
    It happens mostly when there's low quality signal because when I am at home it doesn't shutdown a lot. Idk if it happens also when I am connected with LAN Cable.
    For example when I want to play LoL, I will rather not connect because then it will almost immediately shutdown/crash... It holds for a while when I am playing CS:GO but not for long. Maybe 4-6minutes (

    Anyone can help me find out where's the problem? I already tried Dell Diagnostics but there's everything checked as working without problems :/

    1) Make sure your heatsink is clear of dust, just to rule out thermal problems.
    2) Uninstall your wi-fi driver and reinstall the latest version.

    Do you have another wireless adapter that you could cram in to see if that fixes the problem?

    also doing some stress test with Prime95 and my CPU already reached max 91°C o_O
    but still no crash...

    Test 1.

    Lan Cable...
    Now i've been playing CS:GO for about 15minutes(85°C max) and then it crashed again ...

    Test 2.

    Lan Cable...
    Prime95 => CPU max 95°C
    Prime95 + 3DMark => CPU probably went over 100°C LoL ... and still no crash -_-
    let it be like that for 10minutes but still no crash ... dont want to burn it down so i turned off the benchmark tools...

    And I still have no idea what cause it :(
    God Damn it ... where the hell can be the problem :/

    Two places to look for possible clues:

    1. Event Viewer > System Log: Are there any warnings or errors immediately before the system shuts down?

    2. The BIOS > System Logs (last entry on the list of my BIOS options on my E7440).

    Event Viewer system log was the first thing i've checked ... there's nothing just Critical Error that the system lost power, like when i completly remove battery and disconnect charger ... but i already tried to run without and with battery and it happens just randomly :/

    It's looking like a hardware problem related to the power electronics in the computer. Are you still under warranty?

    No :/ It was previously just a company laptop. And It was bought for ridiculous price from the company when the warranty ended :/

    Is there anything else what i can do ?

    I would start by reading the manual and get familiar with the hardware.
