I would say the 10" form factor is perfect if it is accompanied by WXGA resolution. Unfortunately, the E4200 is light but not very small.

Hm seems you can't get Latitude On (real version) with already purchased systems:
The US store says "No Latitude ON™ and not Latitude ON upgradeable".

    Too bad :(

In Canada Dell store, you must select your CPU with "Lat/On" to have latitude ON.... that is what I found out. I don't have the laptop.

It seems nobody replied to these measurements. Curious, as the difference between the 64 'Ultra Performance' and the 128 'Mobility' seem minute - matter of factly on average the 64 is slower (112 MB/sec vs. 116 MB/sec). Anybody with more or other experience on the issue?

I'd like to know as well...that doesn't seem to be worth the difference in storage capacity. I asked Dell countless times to give me data to back up the "ultra performance" title, without getting a reasonable answer. If this is truely the case, I'm going to get the 128 instead of the 64 UP when they swap mine out.

Yes, the performance is similar and kudos to Samsung for that. Someone else posted similar numbers for the two. Just remember that the mobility drives are MLC and not SLC. If you value your data and cannot be without it, I would not recommend MLC chips in an enterprise class notebook like the E4200. I think I have said this before. However, if you back up your data regularly and are comfortable with a potential disaster, then sure, go for the 128GB MLC SSD. I wouldn't do it personally unless the 128MB SSD was on a netbook. YMMV.

Whoops, my bad, I had selected a "non-Latitude On ready" CPU...

So no backlit keyboard for you? I am surprised folks are still ordering the E4200 despite the negative feedback in this thread and the lack of availability of key options. I guess the jury is still out on the E4200.
