after comparing the thread results with mine - what setttnings did you guys use to get a score above 6 or even 7 thousand on the fx770m ?

my result pretty much stays stable arround 4.7 - 5.2k
or is the result 64/32 bit related?

Slightly off topic I know.. but what would the new macbook pro's get (2.8Ghz) in Cinebench do you think?

Does anyone have one of the new unibody mac's they could test it with please?

    Regards,
    Simon

Are you guy's talking about cinebench score's or 3dmark score's?

Gordon, use nvidia tools, and allow the tool to find the "optimum" frequency.

    http://www.nvidia.com/object/nvidia_system_tools_6.02.html

Make sure you uninstall ntune first.:)

I didn't overclock my GPU for the cinebench test, mmm, its gone anyway.....wonder what happened there:confused:

@reksveks......most of us used nvidia tools,I find rivatuner a bit harder to use.

wrong name in my old brain... thpigh i haven't found the option to find the optimal settings yet (and the opengl test gave pretty much the same result)

I overclocked about 300 MHz on all 3 sliders, cinebench went up 20 points lol. Not worth it, it's more CPU I'm guessing.

And RIVATUNER doesn't allow this card to be overclocked =/.

Yeah,it definitely doesn't stretch the graphics system,as is shown by the similar M6400 scores.

Its good that I didn't try with rivatuner as I probably would have wasted a lot of time thinking it was me who couldn't work it out.
