Look at CWolf's original photo up above- the thinner adapter on the LEFT looks identical to the one that came with my new E6500. The bigger adapter on the RIGHT looks similar to the one that came with my 5 year old Inspiron 8600.

The 90W adapter I got for my E6400 has a 2-pin mains connector. The surface is completely flat as opposed to the 90W adapter in Commander Wolf's picture.

    Dimensions:
    Length: 146 mm
    Width: 69 mm
    Height: 11 mm
    (excluding cable and rubber band)

Seeing as there were two-pin versions of the old PA-10 and PA-12, I'm not totally surprised that there are two-pin versions of the new adapters too. Then again, after the shock problems on the M1330 and M1530, I'm a little surprised that Dell is still making non-travel two-pin supplies.
