Yes they are with my own fan curve independent to each sensor.

Going to update my P751TM-G with a 2070, making it a P750TM-R
Can anyone tell me the optimal thermal pad sizes for the 20 series heatsink? Should I buy the same thickness as the original? Less thickness? More thickness?
And the pad brand? Fujipoly, Gelid or Thermal Grizzly? -

The heatsink would come with them.

It's a good starting point, I usually work from there and adjust by 0.5mm where possible to get the best contact. To do that I buy a sheet of 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 and stack where needed.

I finally got a 2070. It's a QUAL SAMPLE, but works great (avg clock of 1650Mhz).
The heatsink I had was a bit crooked, but managed to fix it.
Sorry to bother you @Meaker@Sager, but how do verify that the thermal pads are making good contact? You put the pads in the heat sensitive areas and check if they get stuck on the heatsink?
I'm just curious how can you make sure that the pads are making proper contact.
I want to optimize my thermal pads since I'm having a big gap in the CPU heatsink. Maybe with some thinner pads I can get better contact in the CPU side. -

I eyeball the fit with the heatsink upside down and fitting the card, I also look for light impressions left by the chips.
