Yes, it was in a 775tm1-g, he tried to use 200W AW vbios for it. Died immediately.

Cross flashing from another model... Bad idea

Try flashing the original vBios with a spi programmer. Might help

To be frank I tried with my 2080 w/ 190W AW vbios and worked like charm. However my friend killed his immediately. No reflashed helped. But true, x-flesh has to be AVOIDED.

I know this is asked before but my laptop died; mainboard, power problems or short curcuit protection. I dont know. I had to transform it a desktop. So i need a laptop for master in university (can i use 9400f for P750DM-G ?) It has an igpu disabled by hardware. I could not find old i5 6500 and this is the most unexpensive choice right now and i have to give up with prema bios for this.

I think with dsanke bios yes or 8400 as you wish. Cheap but pretty good clock speed.

9400F ~100$ cheaper now in my country, almost equel performance with my 6700K. I can take the mod risk if no igpu is okay for P750DM-G. I need to know if anyone tried or sure.

Unfortunately I do not. I tried looking for a higher wattage rtx 2080 non g sync bios myself but couldn’t find it. 150w is the maximum. Which is one reason why I sold my p775tm1-g with the non g sync rtx 2080 as 150w is literally gimping the 2080, it’s made for 200w. I’m happy clevo understood that when they made the 2080 super 200w...

Good afternoon. question . Will engineering processors work on this BIOS from DSANKE on the Clevo P870DM-g laptop? are microcodes of such processors registered in this BIOS? and if not, who can suggest how to do it, or who can do it. I want to install this one on the laptop P870dm-g i9- 9900 processor, QQLS 000 2,1G 8C16T. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001201770134.html?&sku_id=10000015284663205 or QQLT 000 2,4G 6C12T https://aliexpress.ru/item/4001201791037.html??sku_id=10000015284627706

I have used ES cpu with dsanke bios in a 751dm2-g laptop, however it was QQBZ. It is a very good alternative for 751/775 I think, it maxes out at 4,2Ghz, which is comfortable optimum for temp and performance wise. The price was like -40% compared to a 9900, which needs to be clocked down to be used. So buck per performance point of view it is reasonable. For DTR masterrace it is not an option though... :)

    Hi All,
I have upgraded my 870dm3 (in my signature) to latest dsanke bios, but realized a wierd stuff with sata controller. Under the gpu (left side) sata, no matter what I put in it is not recognized by the laptop.
I have 2x samsung 860pro sata ssd under the keyboard (both work fine) and 2x hdd.
Seems one sata (under the left gpu) is not working... I have tried to take out the sata ssd or replace the hdd, nothing helped... seems odd to me that one sata is broken...
Do you have any clue what the issue could be?
    thx in advance

Why the hell don't you guys read the two Readme excel and txt? Before flashing? It's all there. Which files are for which models.

Edit: Reading Readme_Part1.xlsx the info is there:

Well does the disk appear in BIOS? did you test another disk in that same port?? Your issue (not 100% sure) isn't new but most likely @dsanke can give ya feedback. Try rolling back to a previous version of the BIOS with a programmer and see if it works. Maybe it's something that changed from TM1 to DM3 (that was the way me and @dsanke were discovered the issue about type-c ports not working on P775DM3-G and solved it)

I have swapped hdd, tried another one, neither one is working.
The bios does not recognized one sata port. Prior dsanke bios it was working. I am using 1.07.15 version. Thx for the recommendaton, I will try .14 and .16 verion (the readme say .16, however I see a May version in the zip which is 15.)

Ok bro, try also flashing the ec again, it may have possibly corrupted. If this fails to fix it your sata port might be dead...

It may also be a bios issue though (maybe it didn’t flash properly) try the original style note one :)

Give the previous BIOS a try. Just as an example:

When dsanke released his 1.07.24 from TM1 there was a setting that in DM3 comes as default and he didn't notice after that 1.07.24, so, all BIOS after that one until the latest: 1.07.29 made the type c ports not work. We discovered it was a setting that by default on TM1 bios its different from DM3.

Give it a try and maybe he can check what changed from the previous versions. I don't have issues in the P775DM3-G model but something can be off in the version you have and not get ported properly from TM1

See if it is in any of this files that were shared here:

I read support for processors in BIOS from Dsanke for Clevo P870.DM. bios version 1.05.11, 04.17.19 or 12.03.19
506E3(0xCA),506E8(0x34),906E9(0xAE),906EA(0xAE),906EB(0xAE),906EC(0xAE),906ED(0xB0) , The BIOS here supports the 8/9 generation official version and ES, including all B0/U0/P0/R0 ??? steps (the step here is the "revision" displayed in the CPU-Z, but the official same version BIOS does not necessarily support ) The 8/9 generation B0/U0/P0/R0 ??? corresponds to the CPU-Z display step is A/B/C/D
There he writes support for eu processors, and different codes. I do not understand yet. Does this bios support, will this processor work on my laptop, from laptop processors.
    https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001201770134.html?
QQLS 000 2.1G 8C16T Modified Laptop CPU TO LGA1151LGA CPU 9th ??? . Or, you can make support for these processors for Clevo in the new BIOS

This BIOS will never support BGA1440 adopted CPUs. Ask CPU seller for such BIOS.

    Check it under OS(e.g. Windows)
The BIOS was adpoted from TM which do not show that SATA port in the Main screen of BIOS.

Under windows 10 it is NOT visible either. It seems that sata port does not exist. Prior bios mod it was working. I will test other versions as suggested in order to see. thx
