    Yes, its only in synthetic benchmarks that the type of VRAM makes a difference. The amount of VRAM can make a difference, but after 256, its not that much of a difference. (The 128MB on the MBP is pathetic though).

    Guys any ideas, when can we get it here in Germany??
    I cant wait anymore, its ready for the people in USA and other countries but not for us in europ.

    Thats a surprise.. its even available in South Asia.
    Anyway.. can somebody who's already taken delivery of his 1420/1520/1720 and his using it (lucky bugger!) please let us know about the wear out on the painted chasis thingie? That pic which the fella put up was ghastly.. whats the situation with this series? Is it the same surface or have they done somethin about it? Thanks..

    What do you think is better?1520 or XPS 1330?
    I will watch movies and play some games occasionally, but will need it for my law studies, so a long battery life is good for me.

    Considering C2D T7300, 8600M GT, 2GBs, 80GBs, Next-N Wireless (may I use it with XP??), not sure about the screen/resolution..

    Any suggestions?Thanks for any comment :). :D
