Thanks! Its a M15x by the way. It's hooked up to the monitor when I am using it. Well, all I've got to do is plug in two cables. One for the video and another one for the keyboard, mouse and basically everything. By the way, I am really pleased with the Dell 2209wa monitor.

Did a little cleaning, and wire adjustment, I just need to figure out that wire mess at the bottom in the floor. I never face that way, but it does look bad.

Soon as I get my new wrist pad I am getting pictures of the new setup.

 

What gets me about Shazzbozz's setup is it would creep me out having my back to a room and stairs. I need to be able to see people coming when working or I cant concentrate well on the task at hand.

lol got the same plastic thing under ma chair, dont wanna ruin the carpet! ur gaming room looks really similar to my old house's one, the stairs rite on the right side (facing tv-wise), then u enter to the left, which has all the shiznits available to use. didnt have the computer in there tho, that is in my own room

and YEA!! haha i would be scared to accidentally tumble down, but i guess it helps with the plastic carpet protector, when u feel you've gone off it, you've moved too far back.

Dell 2407 / 2408/ 2407 was changed to
Dell U2410 / U2410 / U2410

The newer better model monitor so now all 3 match perfectly, before I could not get all 3 monitors to match perfectly, also they are IPS panels so they have better view angles (doesnt matter when your sitting in front of it though)

Saitek Gamers keyboard was changed to
Saitek Eclipse keyboard (keys light up not just key backlight, also the gamers had minor wear & tear)

Dirty old mouse pad changed to
Nice new black steel series mouse pad

And I dusted

So yeah it may look similar but actually almost the entire setup is new.

I have 2 things left.

Replace the gray wrist rest on the mouse pad with a new black one to make everything match. Also I may be getting a new stand for my monitors, a single stand to hold all 3 monitors rather than using the stock 2410 stands.

This will let me raise them up higher to eye level and tilt them. Also will help with cable management, lots of cords behind the monitors and a APC unit and power bar. With the new stand I will be able to fit the speakers under the monitors instead of infront of them and do better cable management.

I much prefer home theater stuff to "PC Speakers" even the high end stuff from Klipsch and Logitech cant compete.

Hell, you should see my desktop's desk. It's disgusting. Pieces of paper everywhere, and random install discs. And I would post my laptop desk, but it pales in comparison to some of the other setups here. I don't even have an external monitor for it yet.

catch my brand new setup in two weeks (after i'm done with those darn finals and I finally get to go home).

i shifted the furniture around in my room (again). basically everything moved counter-clockwise. i have a very small room and big furniture so i ran out of options

everyone has a nice setup. the only think that irks me is loose wires. i cringe when i see them hanging behind or under a desk. i try to hide all of mine and when i can't, i bundle them together to make it as minimal as possible. one day, it will be a wireless future

Im not a gamer even though my room sure looks that way. I cant remember the last time the 360 was on(its not ROD, i just dont have any game for it since the first day).The PS3 is only a Bluray player(I have a large Bluray collection) and the only game you find in my desktop is Counter strike.
