    Hi all,

I'm new to the forum and have recently bought an WT75 8SM, with the following specs:

    8700k
    quadro p3200
    32gb ram

I'm having some issues since I bought it:
    - After the computer is put to sleep , when he wakes up the windows dotted circle starts rotating but after a while it crashes and I have to shut the laptop down on the power button. When powering it on again it runs normally.

-Also, when the described above doesn't happens the computer boots during 15 seconds and goes to sleep after it. If I wake it up after it runs normally, once again...

I have some doubts also, I have the right side button to switch between graphics. When I have it enable it uses the hybrid mode? And disabled it uses the internal gpu?

I use it mainly for 3d rendering, how can I boost up the computer for maximum performance? Before I buy it I though it would be a bit quicker in my daily usage but I believe I'm not taking its capacity to the maximum.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    BR

It probably will physically. But far more likely you are going to have an issue with firmware and that.

You would want to find photos of both boards to compare these things:
    • Screw mount locations
    • Keyboard / Touchpad / Power Board connectors
    • Display / wifi antenna cable location and length
Also don't bother with this unless you have the GT75 with GTX 1070 - none of the RTX cards are compatible with the WT75 motherboard, and the GTX 1080 is not compatible either - they all interfere with the LGA socket for the CPU.

Hello, I have the Eurocom F7W with the 9900k. Is it ok to update the EC with the latest MSI version? Would I need to mess with the BIOS in any way after?
