i love you all i was #395 with very instable temps.

i changed wlp to 0.5 mm from amazon and used liquid metal from grizzly

    3 times cinebench
before 3333 rpm @ 83 grad max temp
now 2050 rpm @ 68 grad max temp

    4x3.8 ghz @ -100mv Vcore

very happy now :) still 5 decrease grad celsius between the cores but i can life with that now.

the only thing is that my perfomacne is now lower .. before 800 points now 700 ... :/ why can this be ?

    Well done man. :)
Try increasing the Vcore gradually and benchmark it again.

Those are nice temp results, but why didn't you use any protection around the CPU?
The absolute MINIMUM protection you need is to either coat the exposed silver traces around the CPU, with transparent nail polish, or Super 33+ tape.
    Most people use super 33+.

You should be using this at the BARE MINIMUM.

This is a bit of a thread jack but still....

And god, making me look at that convex heatsink makes me cringe.
Need to be a man and do this:

Then you can get results like this:

I have tested your beloved OpenGL benchmark with stock clocked Gtx980. I even run it twice, for you bruh  And I hope you can finally fall in place, understand this benchmark ain't worth a single penny and shouldn't be used in your tests. You will only be darn angry knowing your Gtx1080 being beaten by previous gen 80/100w Nvidia graphics

I think @Phoenix can help you in providing his experience on RAID setup using IRST and stripe sizes.
Phoenix do you have Towing service as well? I'm seeing one with similar profile picture minus the Phoenix picture of course!

Create 1 RAID Array in the BIOS and name it Super RAID 4, then ensure that the stripe size is 128K which is the best for NVMe SSDs since they write data blocks in 64K and when you do 2 of them, 64x2 that's 128K. That's straight from MSI Tech Support.

Now, in Windows, you will have an unallocated diskspace, create a new partition

Let's say you want 200 GB for C: to install the OS and leave the remaining space later to create a D partition which will contain your games and personal files

So you would do 200.1 x 1024 because if you do 200 x 1024 without the 0.1 your partition may end up like 199.9 GB

    so 200.1 x 1024 = 204,902.4

Then add 565 MB since those will be the little system partititions preceeding C: like recovery / system

    so 204,902.4 + 565 = 205, 467.4

now let's round it up, so your C: partition would be 205468 to get an exact 200GB Partition in Windows

Be a perfectionist...be like Phoenix... [IMG]
