Unlocked Vbios for undervolting would be nice.

Also updating the RAM options on the website to allow none would be nice.

You can do that with XTU or throttlestop now. My XTU undervolt settings stay the same even after I shut it off.

Yes. HDMI port is 2.0. It is provided by GPU. We will update web specs to reflect this.

We just updated our production process related to LOGO / NO LOGO setups. We will offer NO LOGO back cover and EUROCOM logo front cover as standard setup. All of our logos are Factory printed so they are professionally done. I hope this works for all.

We stress test all systems before shipping as part of our standard Production Process with all parts installed incuding RAM/HDD etc so removing memory/HDD creates extra work for our production.

@Eurocom Support I noticed you provide iRST drivers for after installing Windows, as an EXE. What about during installation of Windows?

Also, you need to update your website, as it says NVMe RAID isn't supported.

Temps remain in the low 30s on both the 6700T & 1070 while browsing the web. The fans are either completely off or running so slowly that I can not hear them at all. Stock paste. The cooling system on this laptop really is amazing.

Battery life will be the same across all CPUs with normal/average use... It would be under load where the 6700K 4ghz speeds would start to kill the battery much faster due to more wattage being pulled.. At idle, all Skylake cpus roughly pull the same wattage so comparing battery life in average use is pretty nil.. Expect about up to 4 hours of use on any configuration.. I got about 3.5 hours on my last test.

The heatsink is extremely rough and grooved/pitted.. I tried all CLU contact and temps were about the same or worse.

Thanks for clearing this one out. So one of the biggest advantages of 6700T on thr 6700k would only be the lower temps?

I undervolted the CPU yesterday with Intel XTU and Prime 95 to stress test the CPU. I managed to get an offset of -0.200v before I got the BSOD at -0.240v. There's roughly a 3-5c difference in the undervolt. Not super good, but it makes a big enough difference for me. My system is in the low to mid 30s while on the internet without the fans on.

I'm not sure why my system has natively high temps all the time.. Been like that since I bought it though. Mine will only get to low to mid 30s if I don't touch it for like 30 minutes lol.

The CPUs under Eurocom system configurations are the same price except for the i7-6700k.
Now that I think of it, the tier for power usage/TDP is this:
    1. I7-6700k : 91W
    2. I7-6700 : 65W
    3. I7-6700T : 35W

Roughly a 1/3 increment for the CPUs' TDPs.

    Installing Windows now!

My exact model number on the service manual included seems to be 16L11X1, anybody else see this? Doesn't actually say 16L13 anywhere. Bios just says 16L1.

I'm also noticing a slight vibrating noise with the fans running very low as someone else had mentioned earlier.

My box said 16L13 (as shown on my first few posts in this thread). If yours shows differently, they may have a newer SKU for the barebones kit.. My bios says 16L1 as well. As far as the fan sound, maybe unscrew (3 screws) per each fan and reseat them.. Might be overtightened or misaligned.

Fair enough, might even just be a difference in the model name in the UK vs US.

Thanks, i'll have a look at the fans later.

Only other complaint so far is the "CYBERPOWERPC" logo on the top of the lid, wasn't shown or mentioned anywhere on their site...

You're right, it's shown to be a completely black (no logo) version like our Eurocoms.. So that's weird and pretty shady!

You can try taking a sugar cube and lightly rub it on the logo on the lid and see if that removes it.. Chances are it will.. and it shouldn't scratch the surface in the process (don't push too hard).

Yeah...quite annoyed to be honest. Gonna be emailing them about that.

It's not like a printed logo, it's kinda 3D. I think it may be some sort of metallic stickers they have used, there's an individual one for each letter. So hopefully I can get under them and pry them off.

Firestrike with everything at stock: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/15929572

Unfortunately I hit max CPU temps of 96c! GPU hit max 78.

Sounded like the fans were never really doing much though, and will obviously need to try an undervolt.

I have Gelid to repaste as well if needed.

    EDIT:
Same test again with max fans CPU max 79c GPU max 66c

Slightly higher scores with the max fans http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/15929793

Wow i am kinda jealous, I am only do aorund -.150v. I have tried -.190 in the 1st run and it froze. Next I tried 170 and it froze a few hours later. So I went with -.150 and no freezes. I think I might be able to do -.155-.160 without issues. But I am fine with the current undervolt.

I used to think I was stable at -165/-165 at 4ghz but same deal.. Eventually freezes after an hour or so.. sometimes much sooner.. -150 for me also seems to keep me stable. But when I underclock to 3.4ghz I can do a monsterous -180/-180 all day long and temps are super chilly.

Hmm yeah your score is low.. you don't happen to have your battery out of the system or anything? I noticed the system doesn't perform correctly with it disconnected. Otherwise if that's not it.. Do you idle around 0%-1% in task manager before you start the bench? Maybe something is taking up some cycles.. Try to close all applications and tray applications and then re-run the bench. I get around 17,400-17,500~ graphics score.. you're hitting 16,300~.. Even with G-Sync on I think I get low 17k graphics score.

A while ago, because I was dumb enough to continuously use the wrong sized screwdriver, I eventually stripped these screws. Today, I finally got replacements. These are M2x4 wafer head metric screws. You can get them for pretty cheap from here. Hopefully this info helps someone else who makes the same mistake I did

@Diversion would the 6700t enough for the 120hz panels when they're available? Will be mostly playing dota and use the laptop for work (20-30 tabs in browser) and some light photoshop
