    Who gave up on the MBP update?

    well they finally updated it. It looks like the low end model compares to what the high end model used to be...in the 15inch

    I'm not blown away by the update but I'm leaning towards returning mine and getting the new one. :(

    For the same price I would now be getting:

    200GB HD (vs 120GB)
    256MB VRAM (vs 128MB)
    2.4GHz 45nm CPU (vs 2.2GHz 65nm CPU)
    Multi-touch pad

    Not amazing but quite a bit more for the same Price. Though I saw now you have to pay $19 for the remote that previously came standard with all MBP. What gives?
