To be fair it does say, " up to," and not "It will come overclocked at 4.4GHz."

Now you're being just overly critical. :p

As a reminder, the "up to" 4.4GHz in their world is the goofy 44, 43, 43, 42 LOL...

Our 4.4GHz is 44, 44, 44, 44.... Big difference when it comes to overlocking as even 100MHz is a make it or break it at this altitude with the nature of CPU's.

The unit can run 44x across all four cores stocks, although for temps then, that is a different story.

I can fry an egg on those temp. at stock and even at max load those are unacceptable tbh. if its a laptop from year 2000 sure...we don't have a good cooling solution back then but its 2017 now, so those tests only proved how really bad Alienware laptops can be and lets just accept the fact that they have crippled heatsink installed in most of their units that causing this heat which can be temporarily be fixed by repasting and readjustment of thermal pads - courtesy of iunlick which by the way his so called JOB, LOL! If you're an average consumer who paid $3000 for a laptop and do the maintenance right out of the box...who wants to do that?

Yeah yeah., constant improvement of products and customer support like we never heard that before years ago.
