    I have decided to go with the X4500 option so as to get more CPU speed and HDD storage rather than the NVIDIA graphics option at very similar cost.

    I will only use the E6400 and 22" screen at 1280 x 1024 resolution for mainly ms excel, ms access, ms outlook and a bit of general home use so I think the CPU and HDD performance outweigh the video performance.
