I could get a Dell M4600 with 2 power supplies (~200W), 512 GB SSD + 1TB HDD in the DVD slot, I7-2760QM, 16 GB RAM, Quadro K2000m, almost new battery, Docking Station. Would 460€ be a good price?

Is this CPU the best CPU or are 3rd generation i7 possible too?

Well, actually, that might not even be all that much. One 180W charger's worth 40-50eu, the SSD another 100eu or so, the dock another 20-30 (especially if it's the version with two USB3's). If you can haggle / bargain it down to 400 or so, that would be a pretty reasonable deal, imho.

Obviously worlds "beyond" what you could get brand new for that kinda money :D
