Not positive..After updating to A09, it takes about 20 seconds to get out of sleep mode. Previously, it was very instant....i'm still not 100% sure if the A09 is the cause...anyone can confirm?

Why don't you try reverting to A08, and see if the problem is still there?

Mine comes out of sleep in under 10 seconds. I have an SSD though, so I don't know if that has any bearing on the recovery speed.

Been running A09 for a few days now on my E4300 Win 7 RTM X64 pro.

Haven't noticed any difference from A08

I'm not sure if it's because of new A09 BIOS, or new DCP but now I have even more problems:
    - First of all ALS. Now when it is turn on it's not working. When I want to adjust brightness automaticly, I need to turn it off, and on. Then he use his sensor, and adjust brightness for the moment. When I go to other place where light is diffrent, nothing will change till I turn it off and on again.
    - I have big issue with fingerprint logging after sleep mode. It don't log at all, all it takes few minuter. It's looks like fingerprint device is still sleeping.
    - Now I even have a problem with touchpad. Few time it's just turned off, after few minutes it start to work again.

Any related issues in yours E4300?

    Regards

Have you installed the various Windows 7 specific Dell software (Dell ControlPoint etc) that have been released during the last week or so? Look under the E4300 downloads.

Is anyone DVDRW working? I just noticed it is not and it shows as BD-ROM? The actual drive is a TS-U633A.
