I've been very happy with the quality of my Precision machines. Only one was a true power machine, the others were a nice balance of size and power. Generally my systems were high end for the model family. The M20 was my primary system from 2005-2009. It was replaced with an M4400 which was the primary system from 2009-2014. My M3800 has replaced it. The M4400 was a bit heavy for my taste given I carry it as part of my daily commute. I might have gone with the M4800 this last time if a touch screen was an option. While I have a strong preference for matte screens, I have an even stronger preference for touch screens.
