Why I cant I install the new nVidia Quandro driver?

So I searched for a new graphics driver on the website (released on December 18th), found it and downloaded the .exe.
I tried running it, but its saying that I dont have Windows Vista 32-bit, which I absolutely do have.

Whats the deal? (and how come Dell hasnt put it on their website)

SCRATCH THE ABOVE: just found the fine print on nvidias website that says Latitudes and Lenovos are not supported.
