I need something light and portable for business and presentations. I also need a laptop that has a docking port. I'd also like to be able to view 720p movies and stream video too. Is the Intel 3000 powerful enough?

The laptop on the dock will be connected to a 1920x1080 monitor.

Consider the E6220/E6230. It's the smallest current-model Latitude with docking support, and integrated graphics should be sufficient for those tasks.

I'm actually almost sold on the 6220 from the Dell outlet but my only concern is the video card.

It will be fine for viewing HD videos and even some light gaming.
