    Which distribution will run better ?, meaning which one has the more drivers available and will make better use of the existing hardware inside the M6400 ?, thanks

    They should all run similar, since they are using the same drivers.

    Have you run any distros in the past?

    I've run Suse, Ubuntu, Mandrake, RedHat, etc., but none of them with the M6400

    I would say the easiest would be Ubuntu/Kubuntu or MEPIS 8 (KDE)...I'm a little biased toward MEPIS so my judgement may be clouded :D
