Where is link to order M6800?

I was checking out th Dell web site to see if they had started to offer more options in ordering a M6800, and for the life of me I cannot find where you can order ANY M6800? Do you see it anywhere?

And if so, when do you think they will offer a reasonable number of options? Last time I looked it was like 1 CPU, and most other things were equally limited? I never remember this happening...

Looks like it's not available now for some reason. You can always call up a sales rep (usually get a better deal that way anyway).

 

Thanks for confirming Aaron, the ability to order is back. I am not jumping in yet - way too few choices. 1 CPU - 1 ver. of Windows only - 1 memory config. - 1 video card - 1 wireless card - 2 storage options. I hope this is just to get some canned configurations out the door and then things will revert to a truly customizable purchase, like ithe past. If not, I have bought my last Precision.

 

I agree that it's disappointing. However, you should still call a rep if you're interested in placing an order. Several people have reported greater customization options on that end.
