    Hi, all:

I am at windows xp set up screen now. It says:
    -: Partition1 (FAT) 86MB (77free)
    C: Partition2 (OS) (NTFS) 60965MB (55223free)

it is a e4200 with samsung 64G SSD, I am wondering what that "-: Partition1 (FAT) 86MB (77free)" is on my SSD. Can I delete this partition?

    thanks

It's probably a Dell Diagnostics partition; just leave it be.

yes. reinstalling xp on the same partition won't change what's on the other partitions.
