Weird Language Display Problem on Dell Vastro

Hello, I am from Bangladesh and recently bought a Dell Vastro 3450.


Problem: While browsing internet, I am facing some weird problem. I see some Chinese language being displayed on some sites .Please refer to the screenshot below:

So, how could I remove those Language? I had used Firefox and did not face this kind of problem before with other PCs. Even I see the Chinese Language on some part of this forum as well.
The problem does not exist on every website, but on some particular sites as you can see some of them on the screenshots.


Specification:

Dell vostro 3450 (i5 2.4GHz, 4GB DDR3)
Firefox 11
OS: Win7
