    Hi i got a m4400, the webcam freeze all the time, anybody with the same problem?

    I know it's a Creative webcam, and making Creative product works properly is a project, that is why I refuse to take it even when offered for free. Any who,did you try uninstalling the driver, restarting your computer, download the latest version, installing it, and restart your computer once more.

    How about you uninstall the driver, restart your computer, and allow Windows U[date if it's able to find different drivers?

    never had that issue on mine.

    did you install the latest driver? else call dell and get it sorted out. i use mine a LOT as i travel loads and use it to talk to my girlfriend and also business partners sometimes for up to 6 hours continuously. no problems whatsoever. its in fact darn good for a VGA webcam IMO.
