    Hello there,

So I just got a new Dell Vostro a860 and I've had it for about a month. However, the trackpad stopped working recently. I thought it might have been due to driver settings so I reinstalled Windows Vista and the drivers that came with the CD but that has not fixed the problem.

Will calling Dell be my only option to try to fix it?

    Thanks!
