Vostro 680 Dead!

I got this Vostro 680 or 860 (can't remember the model right now) about a month ago and yesterday it was working ok, then when i tried o turn it on again it's totally dead. Does anyone know what's going on? I mean the "charge" LED turn on whenever I plug the computer, but it looks as if the power button isn't responding
