Hi. I can't update BIOS in my laptop. Everything seems to be normal untill automatic reboot. After reboot screen is dark, fan starts working full speed and nothing happens. To stop this, I must disconnect charger and battery. Any ideas??

    Hi,

Please remove the battery and the AC adapter, press and hold the power button for approximately 20 – 25 seconds. Login to the BIOS and load the BIOS to defaults. After setting the BIOS to defaults try to flash the BIOS again.

Please find below, the link for the Dell Support driver download page. You may use the same to download and install BIOS.

I hope this helps, please do write back in case you need any further assistance.

    Thanks and regards,
