I've tried several programs: ImgBurn, Tiny Burner, Free Easy Burner, CD Burner XP Pro and I cannot obtain a burned DVD. The DVD comes out as it went in.

What would be a good place to look for a solution to this problem? Laptop is 1 year old and playback and disc reading is without a problem, also single layer DVD burning is possible and without errors.

Drive model is TSSTcorp DVD+-RW SN-208BB. Media used is Memorex DL DVD+R.

Have not found a firmware or patch in Dell's website.

    Any help is most appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.
