hi, i'm wondering if anyone can help
I have a Vostro 1510 with an integrated webcam which works fine apart from when I go on windows live messenger. Occasionally it will work fine but other times, the majority of times, it will just freeze windows live, apart from microphone, to the point where i need to open the task manager (ctr Alt Dlt) and end windows live.
When I do this a message comes up saying Windows Live is not responding, would you like to end now. So I do end the program and then open and sign back into windows live.
I have tried re-installing windows live but the problem is still there.
Like I said, sometimes the webcam will work but when it doesnt, I can't type or open conversations or close conversations or anything but talk on microphone and hear the other person talking on microphone, I can't even recieve the messages sent by other people.
So I was jsut wondering if anyone else has had this problem and, if so, if you can help me please.

    yesh i did...and that still didn't work
i also used the disks that came with the laptop and uninstalled then re-installed the webcam. It seemed to work on windows live messenger at first (one time) then the next and second time I tried with a diffent friend and it didn't work and windos live froze again
