    Hey

    Does anyone know a program that controls the speed of the fans of a Vostro 1510? Speedfan does not work.

    That does not work at all. I've tested it and it hangs as soon as i let the software control the fan. Somer other users have reported the same. The author of the software does not provide an update.
    Currently it looks like there is no solution avaialbe for that boring noise of the fan. What i try instead is to use SpeedswitchXP and get the CPU work slower. But this does not help a lot - and slows down the machine...
    If you have any solution i would appreciate an answer.
