I've owned this laptop since they came out June-July ish of 2007 ~ and one problem I've had since day one is that every time I boot up the computer I always have to set the mouse/touchpad sensitivity back to maximum. How can I make my decision stick? I've tried a few things...but nothing has worked. (Driver updated, BIOS flash, Windows Mouse manager over Dell Touchpad manager)

The only real thing I've done to my laptop is, took Vista Home Basic off and put Windows XP Profession SP2 on.

I've used this laptop everyday since I purchased it...and this is my only gripe. Any suggestions?
