I have a question, if anyone could identify what drivers are suppose to be for those big questions marks. I will greatly appreciate it.

One of the base system Device mention it was located at PCI bus 3 device 1 function 1 as well as all the othe base system device with just different locations.

    My system
    mobo: intel pm965
    core: T5470
    Ram: 2.5 gb
    HD: 250 gb

I ask because I do not see the modem device and your error refers to the modem.

You might right click on the devices and uninstall and reboot to see if it loads. Or download the modem driver for your installed modem.

You need the KB888111 USB Audio driver thingy... google it.

That should free up a couple things for you.
