Vostro 1400 - Battery not charging

    Hi, as the title says, my battery is no longer charging.

    I've tried unpluging the adapter then pluging it back in, restarting, taking out the battery, and as i speak i'm draining the battery.

    Please tell me what i can do.

    I have the exact same problem and it started for me a week ago. The green light on the charger doesn't turn on right?

    How long have you had your laptop for?

    Others have suggested that it's probably dead and I should get a new one, so I'm currently in the process of finding a new one to buy.
