Vostro 1320 UK release date?

Does any one know the release date of the Vostro 1320 in the UK? I was about to order the 1310 when i saw that it had been updated in the US with Europe 'To Come' i am not sure how much better than the 1310 it will be but it is better to wait and own the latest than to have your laptop made redundant as soon as you buy it

i spoke to dell direct and they said 'no news on this model at this time' which was not particularly helpful but as all of the deals on the 1310 (free delivery, free ram upgrade, £70 off) expire in 2 days i want to know as much as i can before losing out on these!

 

i'm guessing april 29th, there is a sale on vostro 1x10 laptops that last till 28th, maybe they are just clearing the stock for the new refreshed models.

 

That's what i thought when i saw the date, not sure why the customer service sales team wouldnt give me an answer, if they had told me the price of the 1320 and it was too expensive i would have purchased a 1310 today!? I would like to think that once the new model is released and taken off sale on the website you might be able to get a good deal on it if you call them up

 

CS's on the whole don't know anything about new products - they just appear in their scripts once the model is released.

 

lol, cs never know anything, i had first hand experience.
anyway, the new models should definitely be out in a month. if you wait for the 1320 and thought it was too expensive, you can always check the outlet for a 1310.
