Vostro 1320 A03 Bios Out!

    Fixes/Enhancements
    ------------------
    1. Reduce BIOS POST time.
    2. Add Windows 7 ACPI Support.
    3. Fix kill switch sttatus report fail.
    4. Update Nvidia VGA BIOS (Ver: 62.98.67.00.08) to support hynix GDDR3 32Mx32 parts
    5. Adjust CPU C4 and C6 timing to meet Intel spec.

    I just installed these and am quite happy with them.

    Looks like Dell finally addressed the fan issues on the 1310/1320 series.

    It is NOTICEABLY quieter now.

    It seems to kick in about as often, but at far less RPM's which mean less noise, and less battery drain!
