Vostro 1310 Freeze

    Does anyone have any ideas on why a Vostro 1310 would freeze once in a while? The screen would just hang and the image would become blocky. Could this be a heat or hardware issue?

    I never have any issues with my 1310. Perhaps you could monitor the temperature?

    You could try a clean install of Windows.
