    I bought an E-6500 with vista 32 bit business not too long ago. If I remeber right there was thread about how to get the 64 bit copy igf you bought the 32 bit? How do I get copy if that is the case?

    just call/chat with a dell rep and theyll send it to you. takes some convincing though. thats what i did, and they shipped me business 64bit free.

    I did the same, I ordered a M6400 with vista ultimate and downgrade to XP, they send me two disc, one for vista ultimate 32bit and one XP32, so I chat and request 64 versions, and they send me two more disc, one vista ultimate 64 and one XP 64,:D
