    Hi,

    I'm using dell e6400 laptop and dell e-port docking station. All the ports work on the docking station except the usb ports. I've tried research and contacted dell but could not solve the problem. Hopefully someone here have better insight. Thanks

    few questions

    1. Did it ever work or was this a problem right from the start.

    2. Any hardware issues identified in the control panel - devices menu.

    3. what devices are you trying to use on the dock

    4. Are the USB ports even identified in the devices menu when you connect the edock
