So my old bluetooth module stopped working when they replaced my motherboard. Fortunately Dell sent me a replacement. However, I can't get it to turn on. Any ideas? I can't even turn it on through my BIOS

Did you look in Device Manager? Is it enabled? Right-click and see if there's an enable option.

Also, make sure you have the driver installed... you can download it from dell.com, support section.

Make sure BT is enabled via BIOS, then make sure the driver is installed as swarmer said. Make sure you scan for new hardware in the Device Manager as well, just to be safe.

Also, try re-seating the BT module...it is possible that it isn't really connected well enough for provide a solid electrical contact.

It is also possible that the slot on the new motherboard is dead...but let's rule out all other possibilities.
