Got odd issue with my new m6800 the touchpad and stick keep being lost and not showing in Windows or even the bios.
I popped the keyboard off and reseated the cable and on booting up it was detected in the bios, but after exiting the bios and booting into windows it had stopped working. I'm guessing its faulty, maybe some soft of charge issue where its not powering up/down properly
Anyone experienced similar before, this is my first Dell and laptop so just wanted to see if any tips before i raise a Engineer swap out

    Thanks
