To all m6600 & m6700 owner need correct VBIOS for quadro 3000m & K4000M

    Hi all,
    I need the correct DELL vBios for the quadro 3000m original from m6600 and the correct vBios for quadro K4000m (DEV_11BD) original from the m6700.
    It's very simple to save from GPU-Z.
    Any help is apreciated.

    Sorry for the late reply, just got my k4000m installed into my M6600 so i figured id share the bios. Sadly GPU-z tells me that bios reading isn't supported? That said i could save it on my machine so i just uploaded it here. Hopefully it helps.

    Hi ALL

    I am looking for someone who uses Quadro 3000M by Dell manufacturer willing to sacrifice one minute of his time and download its vbios and provide it here on forum. Using NVFlash tool from a self booting USB pendrive does all the magic. I can provide the image of the pendrive and guide you if needed. Eventually we could share the usable vbios files here instead the ones from GPU-Z that seem to be useless.
