Hi all, I hope you can help me!

I have a Precision m6700, Win 7 x64. I happened to notice in Device Manager an Unknown Driver, so I let it search my laptop to find a driver - it did. But now if I plug my external drive into the right hand side USB ports, I get the message this device can perform faster....

I keep my laptop pretty current, checking the Dell and Intel web site. I do have 3.0 USB support inthe driver section:

What am I missing or how do I correct this? Thanks!

Get the driver from Dell's website for the USB3.0, install it and try again.
