Three culprits that seem to periodically take up over 50% of my CPU:

1) "Search Indexer"
2) "Search Filter Host"
3) "Search Protocol Host"

After doing a little research online I found out alot of people have had similar problems.

Can someone explain to me what these represent and maybe a solution?
