    If you try to buy a High Performance Samsung 256GB SSD it will cost you around $1,000, but if you buy at www.dell.com an XPS 1330 with the 256GB SSD and basic configuration it will cost you around $1,100 with Taxes and S&H. So it's better to buy the XPS swap the SSD and sell it, :D

    What will happen if something goes wrong with the SSD? Can you ship it to Dell or Samsung?

    I very much doubt its an SLC drive like the one you get in a Latitude.
